Refund Policy for The Kimberley Writers Festival
We want you to be satisfied with your experience at the Kimberley Writers Festival.
Please read our refund policy below:
1. Ticket Refunds

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for 'Dinner with the Stars, Under the Stars'. We can change the name of the booking up to 48 hours before the event.

Literary Boat Cruise Full Refund: You can request a full refund for your ticket(s) if you cancel your purchase at least 7 days before the event. However, you will incur the cost of booking and processing both the ticket and the refund.

Partial Refund: If you cancel your ticket purchase within 7 days of the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the event organisers.

No Refunds: If you cancel your ticket purchase within 48 hours before the event, no refunds will be provided.
2. Event Cancellations or Changes

If we have to cancel an event for any reason, we will offer a full refund of your ticket price. We will notify you via the email address provided at the time of booking.
3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at librarian@swek.gov.au and provide your order number and reason for the refund.
